Email campaigns bring between 25% - 35% of our monthly revenue, so it is paramount that every aspect of that channel is optimized, including design and branding. I have included some visuals from past emails / social posts to give an idea of my skill set. These are either in InDesign or Canva based on the collaboration with other team members.
Not shown in this portfolio is the back-end segmentation that is vital for optimizing our campaigns. Every good campaign is a well-planned segment driving a specific customer to convert. I set up each segment for every campaign based on customer habits, including past purchases, open & click rates, location, and other data points.
