These copy examples come from my experience working with Bailey's Blossoms, an e-commerce children's clothing company driven by their social media presence. It was present from the start that reworking our Ideal Customer Avatar (ICA) was imperative to appropriately communicating with them on socials. To uphold this social strategy and communicate effectively and consistently across all platforms, our brand "voice" was developed. The Bailey's voice is witty, snappy, like talking to your best friend, and full of emojis. See more about social strategy here.

This sections has to do with any official written statements made by the Marketing team that was outside the norm of our brand "voice". This could be handling escalated issues in DM's, social posts, press releases, or charity partnerships. Each needed to be handed with professionalism and resounded to in a quick efficient manner.

We are so sorry about the delays! We are doing our very best to ship all grab bag orders in the order they were placed. We ran out of inventory in certain sizes and are waiting to receive more inventory from our warehouse to fulfill these orders. Our warehouse continues to ship all individual items, whereas grab bags are being made and shipped at our showroom. We appreciate your patience and support. We couldn’t do this without you! Thank you for understanding!
Charity Partnership
We are beyond excited and honored to be working with Baby2Baby in supporting thousands of families across the country. Here at BB, family is everything to us, so it was only fitting to be able to give our support in the best way with the most wonderful organization! From Black Friday through Giving Tuesday, we will be matching item for item, meaning, for every piece sold, 1 piece will be donated! Our goal is to reach $1 Million in items sold to be able to donate to families across the entire country!

Bailey’s Blossoms & Baby2Baby Holiday Partnership
RHOME, TX, Nov. 21, 2022 -- This holiday season, Bailey’s Blossoms is giving back and partnering with Baby2Baby to match all orders placed between Black Friday and Giving Tuesday with a 1-for-1 donation.
Bailey’s Blossoms and Baby2Baby share the commitment to uplifting the community and spreading kindness this season, with a donation goal of $1,000,000 in donated clothing. Every item Bailey’s Blossoms sells, an item will be matched and donated to Baby2Baby between Nov. 25 and Nov. 29.
When you buy a gift through Bailey’s Blossoms, you are giving a gift to a child in need. The donation will provide clothing to children across the country who have been in homeless shelters, domestic violence programs, foster care, hospitals, and underserved schools, as well as children who have lost everything in the wake of disaster.

We noticed many of our customers disengaged in long-form content based on average landing page time but still recognized the impact of images due to the page conversion.
